Marcus Rashford – Food Poverty Campaign
We all know Marcus Rachford and his amazing campaign for food poverty.
Long term he wants…..
1.Extension of the free school meal scheme.
2.Extention of the Health start scheme ( free fruit and vegetables)
3.Extension of free holiday schemes with meals.
We at Little Edi Foundation are one step ahead as we already offer 2 and 3.
We are a tiny Charity and need to be realistic about funds long term so fruit and vegetables will be twice a month and so will our boxes.
This will allow us to prepare in case we have a second wave of covid and keep on applying for funds.
Charity has been hit particularly hard as we cannot fundraise on a big scale so if any one would like to do a fundraiser or donate monthly please let us know.
